Engineer Quality (Die Casting) :
Responsibilities:
To make sample inspection report at the time of tool loading against tool rectification.
In process inspection twice in a shift on all workstations.
To store all documents, gauges, instruments and Quality records systematically for easy traceability.
To ensure about gauges, instruments calibration as per schedule.
Analysis of rejection level on shop floor, assly.area &customer & try to reduce it. through problem solving 7 QC. Tools.
Process monitoring and control of manufacturing parameter in Die Casting Unit.
Process Rejection analysis and deciding corrective & preventive action.
Co-ordinator of “Kaizen”, In House & Supplier PPM” reduction, Red bin analysis and “Poke-Yoke”.
To calculate Quality rating of in house components on monthly basis.
Lay out inspection of Die casting parts periodically.

Fully automatic hot chamber die casting machine.

Responsibilities:
Testing of brakes on the computer controlled Test Bench.
Testing of Bond shear strength, Cross-Breaking Strength of product.
Product testing of Disc pad such as hardness, specific gravity and Moisture content test.
Documentation for product testing.
After market sales, exports fulfillment.
Co-ordination with other support departments.
Ensuring Disposal of Rejection timely.
Process Audit (Machine running as per Standard Parameter Sheet).
Degree of curing by Acetone Extraction Test.
Evaluating of testing report & provide to customer as per requirement.
